I can recommend Nick of Nicholas Foreman Jewellery for any jewellery needs from bespoke manufacture commissions, repairs/alterations especially on jewellery items that other jewellers cannot or unable to do.
Why can I recommend Nick so highly because I had worked for 18 hrs in retail jewellers where we had in house goldsmiths and I had extensive knowledge in the jewellery business, until I meet Nick about 6 years ago all my jewellery needs I used where I used to work but now I give Nick all my work not only is he in my opinion in the top 5% of goldsmiths in the industry, his work is top notch, customer care exemplary and prices amazing, recently Nick made my daughter’s engagement ring at half the cost of normal retail, replaced Ceylon sapphire and old cut diamond, rebuilt basket setting in platinum cluster ring, several repairs, watch batteries, watch services and recommended him to all my friends, family and contacts knowing they will not be disappointed. I first met Nick after a recommendation to resize my engagement ring. Nearly 2 years later I was unable to find a wedding band that would fit nicely around my stone, so contacted Nick again to see if he could shape something bespoke for me, which he has done perfectly and I am so pleased. Photo is a work is progress, not the finished result, but you can already see the fit is perfect. We also chose to purchase a plain gold band at the same time for my partner and Nick had it sized and delivered to us so much faster than ordering with one of the big name brands estimated. Nick is professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with. He offers a door service and gives regular updates which is so reassuring, as one thing I definitely did not want to do was send my jewellery away with a faceless company and have no idea where it was. Nick did an amazing job fixing a watch that had been passed down to me from a family member. The clasp had worn and wasn’t clicking shut. He explained the fixing process in detail and it was really interesting to learn about what he was doing and why. He also changed the battery and took some links out as the watch was too big. He did this all very quickly and skillfully. He also gave it a clean and polish so it looked brand new! Very happy I have a watch that works and can wear everyday!

Nick was very professional, he carried out some repairs and polished my items. The items look brand new agin, I am thrilled. Also the items were collected and delivered back to me within 48 hours, there were no long waiting times unlike jewellers shops. I had an old gold watch that belonged to my Nan that needed a service and battery, along with my dads ring which he gave me before he passed away, they aren’t worth millions but the care and attention Nick gave to these precious in memory items was amazing. Nick Foreman is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and a true professional of his craft.

I have personally used Nick Foreman on numerous occasions for different types of jewellery requests / fixings. The level of service, customer care, value for money and expertise he offers is second to no-one.
